Our front desk is not staffed after hours so please contact us to set up late check in arrangements before your arrival.

Front Desk Hours?

 Our front desk is usually open at 8am and closes at 5pm (Sunday to Thursday) and 6pm on Friday & Saturday.

If you are a current guest, we have a 24-hour hotline where we are reachable anytime.

After-Hours Contact (24 Hour Hotline)

We are reachable 24 hours a day for emergency assistance and late check-ins. Please call our 24 hour hotline.  

 

The hotline number is displayed at the front door, front desk, and on your in-room information poster.
Note: Due to the high number of spam calls, we cannot list this number on our website.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in-advance of 3pm of arrival date may incur the charge of the entire reservation (including early check-outs or no-shows). Gift Certificates also require a 48 hour notice of cancellation/change or could be forfeited.

NOTE: Bookings made through 3rd party sites have a 72 hour cancellation policy and must be cancelled directly on their site.

We hate cancellation fees as much as you do.   If you book directly with us, we pledge to try to minimize cancellation fees to the best of our abilities.

Payment

We only take accept payments by credit cards or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover). We are CASHLESS. 

Room Requests

We will try out best to accommodate all room requests.  From time to time, we may need to change reserved rooms due to repairs, maintenance, and other unforeseen events that our 100+ year old building presents us.  If you have a very strong need for a for a certain room, please email or call us to let us know. 

Is there an Elevator?

There is no elevator in our hotel.  We have rooms located both on the ground floor and the 2nd floor.

Parking

The Hotel Vendome has off-street parking spaces located to the North side of Hotel building. Access to the parking from the alleyway behind the building.

Smoking Policy

The Hotel Vendome is a non-smoking / no vaping property and Arizona law requires no smoking within 20 feet of doors or windows.  A $500 cleaning fee will be charged per incidence if you are compelled to smoke in your room.

Children

Our King Suites can accommodate families with children.  There is one bedroom with a separate living room equipped with sofa bed.  We do not provide additional bedding except what is available with the sofa bed in King Suite.  We love children, but we do ask parents to consider the historic nature of the property and whether it is a good fit for their child.

Occupancy

Our king rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. Our King  Suites  have a maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We do not provide roll-aways.  

Damage to Property

Hotel reserve the right to recover any losses due to damage incurred to the hotel or rooms and will be charged to the guest who has booked the reservation.
