Our front desk is not staffed after hours so please make late check in arrangements before your arrival.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in-advance of 3pm of arrival date may incur the charge of the entire reservation (including early check-outs or no-shows). Gift Certificates also require a 48 hour notice of cancellation/change or could be forfeited.
NOTE: Bookings made through 3rd party sites have a 72 hour cancellation policy and must be cancelled directly on their site.
We hate cancellation fees as much as you do. If you book directly with us, we pledge to try to minimize cancellation fees to the best of our abilities.
We only take accept payments by credit cards or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover). We are CASHLESS.
We will try out best to accommodate all room requests. From time to time, we may need to change reserved rooms due to repairs, maintenance, and other unforeseen events that our 100+ year old building presents us. If you have a very strong need for a for a certain room, please email or call us to let us know.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
The Hotel Vendome has 15 off street parking spaces located located next to the building. Access to the parking if from the alleyway behind the building.
The Hotel Vendome is a non-smoking property and Arizona law requires no smoking within 20 feet of doors or windows. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged per incidence if you are compelled to smoke in your room.
The Hotel Vendome allows one child per room, age 18 and under, at no extra charge. Suites are one bedroom with a separate living room and are recommended for families with more than one child. We do not provide additional bedding for children or infants at this time. We love children, but we do ask parents to consider the age of the property and whether it is a good fit for their child.
Our king rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. Our King Suites have a maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We do not provide roll-aways.
Damage to Property
Hotel reserve the right to recover any losses due to damage incurred to the hotel or rooms and will be charged to the guest who has booked the reservation.
