More like a large B&B than hotel, guests gather in the lobby or out on the porch for breakfast or drinks in the evening (great local beers). The set-up is very conducive to chatting, and we met several people. We too loved the claw foot tubs and chain toilets and lace curtains. Having two attached rooms with a bathroom in between was the perfect setup for us and our older daughter.

This is our favorite place to stay in Prescott ... it has the convenience of a hotel with the warmth and quaintness of a Bed & Breakfast. The location to the courthouse and downtown shops is perfect ... everything within walking distance. To sit in the lobby and sip a cup of tea as you watch passer-bys takes you back in time. History comes alive as you walk down the main hall to a room that is rich with invitation to reflect on a by-gone era. This is a place of escape from the mundane to the beauty of days gone by.

We loved our stay at the Vendome! Cozy rooms, great breakfast, incredibly friendly owners and staff and we loved having beer and sangria every evening before supper! Renovated to perfectly balance the old with the new...highly recommend...and we will be back!

My new wife and I chose the Hotel Vendome as our base camp for our wedding party in Prescott, AZ a couple of weeks ago, and thankful we did. We rented out 3/4 of the property and the The Vendome hotel was very accommodating to our friends and family with the personal touch we were looking for.
